Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, more commonly known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American musician and rapper. His stage name is the combination of the name of a favorite uncle as well as the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi), which is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye's GOOD Music. In April of 2013, Scott signed joint-recording contracts with Epic and T.I. The singer also signed a recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983), was self-released. In 2013, Scott released his first full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. The album was immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo (2015), his first studio album was the first album to feature the smash single "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott continued to release albums that year, including a joint album titled Huncho Jack Huncho, which was released under the name Huncho Jack. The band's third studio album Astroworld was also released to acclaim from critics. The album also produced the debut Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. Following the single "Franchise" featuring Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it was a top hit on the Billboard 200. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the number one spot within a mere decade in 2020.
